                      Courts  lack of action in National Security

 

7/31/08  I wish to extend my sympathy to the family of Charles Brieant

               who passed away last week. I had no idea he was so sick.

5/16/08  Lisa Smith has yet to do any work on this case.

4/02/08  Judge Brieant has yet to grant a requested trial date.

 

3/27/08  Everyone else but me received the judge’s ruling. ..I just found out.

               

3/24/08  Lexon deny's a cross claim by JP .Morgan. They are separating.

 

3/20/08  Judge Brieant has informed me that he has given a partial order in

               my favor  and that “it is in the mail.” - sound familiar??

3/20/08  Hearing in White Plains, NY.   Postponed by judge in recent order

                until  May12, 2008.      All media is still invited at any trial date.

 

3/14/08  Motions with Southern District, which were returned by the pro se

                office in NYC  because 2 pages were not numbered.

 

2/25/08   Finally  After 10 months we got a response from JP Morgan  

                Chase - only for them to deny what we have on record.

       

2/13/08   NEW JP Morgan Council asked us to dismiss the default action  

                 because they would “like to move on with this.”  - 2nd time.

 

1/08/08    By now, we have served the defendants 6 times, using ‘License

                 to  Serve’, and US Federal Marshals.

 

12/11/07  Hearing in White Plains, NY. - No defendants showed up.

 

10/18/07  Hearing in White Plains, NY.  - No defendants showed up.

 

?? 7/07   Case handed over to Magistrate Smith and Judge Brieant.

 

6/07/08    Judge Robinson renders decision in my favor for judgement.

 

2/21/07   A federal judge in Texas said to a NY federal judge (with the FBI

                 listening)          "We do law differently in Texas."

 

 

                                 The case goes back more than 16 months.

Deep Rock Oil is important because it is over this ruling, which we found unsealed on the Internet, that Robert M. Rosenblith (former council to JP Morgan) lied to Judge Robinson and Marshal Odrisco in a private meeting. He just figured that since it was sealed, they could go about business as usual. But being caught in this lie exposed JP Morgan as a willing participant in  perpetrating a fraud.

 

After hearing this, we continued our search further only to find that they have been allowing investors money to be sent to  Al Quada, Afghanistan, and the Columbian drug cartel. Again, we need a real trial to do more.

                Oil and Gas Advice

 

Do not trust either JP Morgan Chase or Lexon Insurance as far as their connection to investments are concerned. Unfortunately none of you will be able to investigate in the same way as we have, which is why I am pressing for a trial date. We may have to take this to the Supreme Court and The World Court before it is all finished.

 

It is asking too much to expect people to do their job, or as Lou Dobbs puts it, - “to have a government that works.”
