                      Courts  lack of action in National Security

                           

10/28/08  Texas is not allowing money to be transferred.   See Stephanie Tourk.

 

10/10/08  

9/22/08   JP Morgan/Lexon snubbed Judge Conner and refused court appearance.

 

7/31/08   Brieant had given CBS/NBC interviews proving bias.

 

5/16/08   Lisa Smith has yet to do any work on this case; she is dismissed.

 

4/02/08  Judge Brieant has yet to grant a requested trial date. He died.

 

3/20/08  Judge Brieant has informed me that he has given a partial order in

               my favor  and that “it is in the mail.” - never received anything.

3/20/08  Hearing in White Plains, NY.   Postponed by judge in recent order

                until  May 12, 2008.      All media is still invited at any trial date.

 

2/25/08   Finally  After 10 months we got a response from JP Morgan.  

                        

2/13/08   NEW JP Morgan Council phoned twice to dismiss the action and

                 said they would “like to move on with this.”  nothing happened.

 

1/08/08    By now, we have served the defendants 6 times, using ‘License

                 to  Serve’.

 

12/11/07  Hearing in White Plains, NY. - No defendants showed up.

 

10/18/07  Hearing in White Plains, NY.  - No defendants showed up.

 

?? 7/07   Case handed over to Magistrate Smith and Judge Brieant.

 

6/07/08    Judge Robinson renders decision in my favor for judgement.

 

2/21/07   A federal judge in Texas said to a NY federal judge (with the FBI

                 listening)          "We do law differently in Texas."

 

                                 The case goes back more than 18 months.
